ART/ifact is a multifaceted and versatile community-centered space. Our gallery area is where we house our Coworking members. It is furnished with eclectic tables, chairs, and couches to encourage a creative working environment.
When you join our Coworking community you gain:
* 24 hour access to the space & wifi
* First access to member-led courses & use of gallery
* Discounted rental rates for events and personally-led courses
* Access to mentors and special in-house teachings
* And access to our community kitchen & break area

After you submit the inquiry form below, we will check to make sure we have availability and then will reach out to you to give more information. We will request a photo or representation of the artist in order to share to our Gallery visitors.

*Each Artist Residency space is filled on a first come, first serve basis, and cost varies on each specific studio space due to size variations. We will keep your information on file to let you know when a space comes available.
We have more availability for our Coworking spaces which are a flat monthly rate of $125 and would love for you to join us in that capacity while waiting for a residency space.
