Below is a list of services and pricing. All renters are responsible for their own promotion, supplies, ticketing, collecting of fees, merch, vendor coordination, cleaning, etc. Only art-centered residents/shows/workshops/events will be considered.

ARTifact is responsible for providing a safe space to
conduct these activities. We will gladly share promotions
to all social media profiles to help generate interest.

Rent a studio space

$100 rental fee for first 2 hours,

$75/hr after first 2 hours.

Co-working space

$100/month, month-to-month basis.
No more than 5 artists in space.

First-come-first-serve.
